Ms. Somruedee Chaimongkol, Chief Executive Officer of Banpu revealed, “Following the Banpu announcement on 26 September, 2016 to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand about the preliminary price range of 18-21 Baht per share for Banpu Power newly issued ordinary shares, Banpu Power has determined that the final price of its newly issued ordinary shares at 21 Baht per share.”

Banpu Power has set the subscription and payment periods for the newly issued ordinary shares for the public and institutional investors (including foreign investors and cornerstone investors subscribing through initial purchasers) during 18 to 20 October 2016 – a total of three business days. Investors may subscribe for the new ordinary shares between 9.00 to 16.00 hrs. at Kasikorn Securities Public Company Limited, Thanachart Securities Public Company Limited, Bualuang Securities Public Company Limited, and other underwriters as stated in the prospectus.
