The corporate governance policy set out in this Handbook has been used as guidelines in the companies of which BPP is a major shareholder or possesses management authority. The policy is applied as the standard of business ethics in every country where BPP has operations. In its corporate governance implementation, BPP also takes into consideration the legal, economic and social conditions, as well as the corporate culture of its subsidiary companies.
